I’ve never had any Botox or Filler…is there anything I should know?
Yes! Please be sure to review your treatment in the “Learn about your treatment!” section to help you prepare for your visit. We also recommend coming in make-up free and hydrated! It’s also important to know that there’s a potential for bruising with any procedure. If you have an important event coming up, please plan accordingly.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of $100.00.
Do you participate in the Allē rewards program?
Yes, you’ll earn and be able to use your Allē points for your in-office Botox and Juvéderm treatments. You’ll also earn points any time you have Skin Medica chemical peel or purchase skincare products like HA5 and Lytera.
Do I need to bring anything with me to my appointment?
Yes, please make sure to bring your photo ID to your appointment.
Should I eat prior to my appointment?
Yes, please make sure to eat prior to any appointment. You’re more likely to feel lightheaded and/or dizzy during an injectable treatment on an empty stomach.
Can I book a treatment while I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
Unfortunately, I’m unable to treat you if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. I look forward to seeing you after!
Is it okay for me to fly/go on vacation after my Botox or filler appointment?
Yes, you may fly the same day or soon after. Going on vacation is okay as well. Just make sure to protect the skin by applying sunscreen and remember heat can increase your swelling.
**Please do NOT plan to have a chemical peel, microneedling or PRP treatment immediately before traveling - this is important due to risk for infection and potential sun exposure**
I have a special occasion coming up, when should I see you?
It depends on the treatment and desired results. I typically recommend at least 30 days prior to your special occasion in order to account for healing time and/or any necessary touch ups.
